Our housing is available to young people and adults, including older persons, who are referred by local authorities and have both an assessed housing need and a package of care or support in place. This may include individuals with personal care needs, complex clinical needs, or continuing healthcare requirements, as well as those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, care leavers, and ex-offenders.

Clearview is careful not to mix age groups within its accommodation. Each placement is carefully matched to ensure compatibility, safety, and a positive living environment for all residents. We currently operate across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Gloucestershire.

No, Clearview provides accommodation only. All regulated care and support are delivered by regulated registered partner organisations, ensuring a clear and compliant separation between housing and care.

All our properties meet or exceed Housing Act 2004 and REACH standards. We conduct regular inspections, safety checks, and maintenance to guarantee safe, comfortable, and compliant homes for our tenants.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), Clearview reinvests the majority of its surplus into property improvements, tenancy sustainment, and expanding supported housing. A capped portion may be used for investment returns, but all funds ultimately serve community benefit, not private profit.
